What To Include So I Can Answer Usefully
- Your current city and where you are moving from.
- Your target boroughs, neighborhoods, Yonkers, or lower Westchester towns.
- Children’s ages if school, daycare, playgrounds, or commute rhythm matter.
- Your move week and whether the apartment is chosen, likely, or still between options.

Availability
Most Landings Need 10 To 15 Business Days Of Lead Time.
School-heavy summer bookings often need 3 to 4 weeks, especially when daycare calls, document reminders, and neighborhood comparisons are part of the work. Same-week in-person starts are sometimes possible, but they carry a $275 surcharge when the first in-person day must happen within five business days of booking.
A 40% deposit holds the start date. The balance is due two business days before the first in-person work day.
